Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken has appointed Collin Donnelly as Vice President of Growth and Development as the brand marks its 60th anniversary year.
The move reflects a strategic focus on accelerating franchise growth, enhancing unit economics, and streamlining development processes to support multi unit expansion. Donnelly will work closely with Chief Development Officer Logan Sumner and the field leadership team to strengthen the brand’s development pipeline.
Donnelly joins Lee’s from Crunch Fitness, where he led gym growth initiatives across more than 500 locations worldwide. He previously spent ten years with Take 5 Oil Change, playing a key role in scaling the brand to more than 1,000 units.
As Lee’s continues expanding across 12 states and Canada, this appointment underscores its commitment to sustainable, franchise-driven growth during a milestone year.
