Lemonade Restaurants, the California-based modern cafeteria known for its house-made lemonades and marketplace salads, bowls and sandwiches, launched three new menu items as part of its new fall rollout on September 16. Baja Poke Tacos, Seared Ahi Tuna Bowl and Salmon Spinach Salad join the lineup of colorful, seasonal and healthy lunch and dinner options.

Fish is the featured protein in each of Lemonade’s new dishes. The Seared Ahi Tuna Bowl and Baja Poke Tacos feature ahi tuna and the Salmon Spinach Salad features the brand’s signature citrus mustard poached salmon.

“We’re grateful for the opportunity to innovate during these uncertain times,” says Chef Nate Weir, Vice president of Culinary. “These new menu items capture what Lemonade is loved for – fresh ingredients with big flavor profiles. Getting to play around with new fish-based entrees allowed our culinary team to lean into Asian and Pacific Island influences and deliver new options that fit seamlessly within the Lemonade menu lineup. We can’t wait for our guests to try them.”
