LIME Fresh Mexican Grill, a fast casual restaurant infusing Mexican-inspired dishes and Miami-inspired vibes rolled out the Carne Asada burrito in all 13 South Florida locations on Monday, April 5. The Carne Asada burrito is every food lover’s dream, so much so that LIME Fresh boasts that it may be their best burrito ever.  

“We are constantly in the LIME kitchen innovating on how we can bring fresh flavor combos to our menu and guests and we can’t wait to share it with our loyal LIME fans,” says Vinay Rama, CEO of LIME Fresh. “We started serving it at our Lake Nona location first and the reviews are just what we wanted – clean plate and coming back for more!”  

This two-hands-needed dish will never lack flavor, the proof is not in the pudding this time, but the burrito. The Carne Asada burrito is made with juicy ancho lime, grilled skirt steak, poblano rice, creamy black beans, roasted poblanos, pico de gallo and chipotle ranch.  

Adding to the excitement, LIME Fresh has already kicked off their #LIMEBurrito Contest in all of the South Florida locations, urging loyal customers to eat burritos and win big. The contest launched on National Burrito Day, April 1st and will end on April 20th, providing participants a chance to win a $250 LIME Fresh gift card.

Contestants can enter for a chance to win through snapping and posting a photo of them with their LIME Fresh burrito @LIMEFresh and #LIMEBurrito on Instagram – stories will count once, posts and reels will count twice, and tagging three friends will allow for an extra entry. The winner will be announced on Instagram @LIMEFresh on April 20, conveniently landing on the celebrated-by-some day of “4/20.”
