Lime Fresh Mexican Grill will expand its presence in South Florida. Two existing franchise groups will each develop three to five restaurants in their respective markets, totaling six to 10 new restaurants in South Florida, over the next five years.

“The Lime Fresh brand truly resonates with the residents and visitors of South Florida and we’re thrilled to expand the concept to offer additional, convenient locations to enjoy our fresh Mexican food in a lively, fun environment that keeps guests coming back,” says Grant Gussin, president of Left Field Holdings LLC. “We see great opportunity for the Lime Fresh brand and look forward to opening the doors to more locations in South Florida over the next five years.”

Grant Gussin currently owns and operates three Lime Fresh restaurants at downtown Dadeland, West Kendall, and Doral in Miami. Franchisee group Salsa Management Inc., run by Nick Boros and David Pettit, owns and operates three Lime Fresh restaurants at the Shops at Pembroke Gardens in Pembroke Pines, the Fountains in Plantation, and Shadowood Square in Boca Raton. The two franchisee groups will open additional locations in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County.

“Not only do we have a passionate group of team members, but we have created a strong relationship with our community and guests who love our burritos, tacos, quesadillas, fajitas, and other offerings in our welcoming restaurant with upbeat music, a positive vibe and large outdoor patios,” says Nick Boros, franchise owner and operator of Lime Fresh Mexican Grill. “We look forward to adding new employees to the Lime Fresh family and growing this great brand.”
