Little Caesars, one of the world’s largest pizza chains, has extended its multi-year agreement with Deliverect, a restaurant technology company that connects third-party ordering platforms with in-store systems. The agreement continues Deliverect’s support for Little Caesars’ third-party ordering operations and expands its deployment to Guatemala.
Deliverect helps integrate orders from participating third-party platforms into restaurant operations, supporting order management for Little Caesars restaurants in these markets.
“Our focus is on making ordering convenient for customers and supporting efficient operations for our franchisees,” said Keith Faigin, CIO Restaurant Systems for Little Caesars. “Continuing our relationship with Deliverect supports those priorities as we expand third-party ordering capabilities in existing and new markets.”
Under the agreement, participating franchisees will also have the option to add Sentinel, Deliverect’s tool for monitoring restaurant availability on third-party ordering platforms. The tool is designed to identify unexpected offline status and help restore online availability.
“We’re pleased to continue our relationship with Little Caesars and extend our support to Guatemala,” said Zhong Xu, Co-Founder & CEO at Deliverect. “Our team remains focused on helping Little Caesars and its franchisees manage third-party orders efficiently and maintain availability on participating ordering platforms.”
