Tampa-based Little Greek Fresh Grill is forecasting continued growth in 2019 including more openings in the Orlando and Texas market areas, according to Nick Vojnovic, Little Greek president.

“Little Greek is on target for continued steady expansion,” says Vojnovic. “In 2018, we entered the Illinois market and expanded our footprint in the Orlando area. We are prioritizing Orlando and Texas for further growth in 2019. Our 40th store opening should happen in late December 2018 or January 2019.”

During the first six months of 2019, Little Greek has its eye on opening Orlando locations in South of Downtown Orlando (SoDo), as well as suburban ChampionsGate, Lee Vista and Winter Park. Plans for Texas call for new locations in McKinney and Elm. Vojnovic says additional locations are being evaluated for the second half of 2019. Little Greek’s goal is eight new stores in 2019.

Little Greek Fresh Grill, a fast-casual Greek restaurant with an American influence, currently has 39 locations in six states (Arkansas, Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio and Texas).
