Logic Controls became a subsidiary of Bematech, the largest point-of-sale (POS) systems company in Brazil, today.
Jackson Lum, CEO of Logic Controls, will continue his role with the company and maintain the title and responsibilities of CEO. According to Lum, Logic Controls “will continue to be managed in the same manner as before and will continue to provide customers with products of the highest quality.”
Logic Controls, which designs and manufactures POS systems, was incorporated in 1982.Bematech, headquartered in Curitiba, Brazil, is a publicly traded manufacturer and solution provider of POS hardware and software with more than 20 offices, manufacturing facilities, and warehouses located throughout the world.
