Longtime employee with the beloved Pizza Factory brand jumped into ownership of the San Andreas location and streamlined its reopening.

Allison Williams started her journey with Pizza Factory at the age of 15 for her first job working under the brand’s CEO. Taking her experience of operations, Allison transitioned into a role at Pizza Factory corporate to continue immersing herself in the brand’s culture. Soon after, Williams added restaurant owner to her title as she opened her first location in Twain Harte, California, alongside her business partner Cameron Bacchus. Now ready for her next venture, Williams is a multi-unit operator with Pizza Factory.

“I love everything about Pizza Factory and expanding my portfolio with the brand was an easy decision,” says Williams. “With innovation constantly on our minds at Pizza Factory, I saw an opportunity to take over an existing location that has already established itself within its community. San Andreas is an amazing town that has always supported Pizza Factory and I’m excited to be a part of the business.”

Still working as a full-time employee with Pizza Factory corporate, Williams helps support openings, communication with franchisees and is a part of the team that oversees the Rewards app.

“I’ve worked with Allison since she was a teenager and immediately recognized her drive for success and dedication for the brand,” says Pizza Factory CEO Mary Jane Riva. “Allison has proven herself as not only a trusted employee but also an awesome franchise operator. After she seamlessly established the Twain Harte restaurant as a community staple, I knew she was the right person to oversee the transition with the San Andreas location. With a customer-base already established and under Allison’s guidance, I’m confident the success of the restaurant will continue.”

Unlike other quick-service pizzerias, everything on Pizza Factory’s menu is prepared fresh with ingredients, such as hand-grated 100 percent mozzarella cheese, slow-cooked meat sauce and meatballs that are hand rolled in-house. As a differentiator, the concept also offers a wider menu variety than most with hot and cold sandwiches, pastas, chicken wings, beer, wine and more.

The ever-evolving go-to neighborhood spot to experience family-friendly dining, Pizza Factory is guaranteed to have high-quality meals and a hardworking staff that’s passionate about service. Known for its close-ties to each community that its restaurants serve, Pizza Factory continues to break waves in the industry and skyrocket as a leader in the pizza space. The brand provides numerous opportunities for operators to develop the traditional dine-in fast casual concept or the Express takeout and delivery QSR format.
