Luna Grill’s plant-based Beyond Burger from Beyond Meat continues to grow in popularity. Free of cholesterol, soy and GMOs, Beyond Burger contains all of the juicy, meaty deliciousness of Luna Grill’s Grass Fed burger, but is sourced from nutrient-rich plants.

The Beyond Burger is topped with signature spicy feta, lettuce, tomato, chopped onion, and served on a fresh brioche bun.  Beets give the patty a beefy red color, while peas are the primary source of protein. Coconut oil and potato starch lend the savory juiciness and chew. The 4-oz patty contains over 20 grams of protein—more than a beef patty, and provides a 610 calorie count. The Grass Fed Burger is served on a brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles and Luna Burger sauce with a 530 calorie count (610 calories with cheese).

Luna Grill added the Beyond Burger to the menu in response to the growing demand for plant-based meats, including the demand from meat eaters. Since its debut at all Luna Grill locations in April 2018, the Beyond Burger has out-performed Luna Grill’s Grass Fed Burger in sales by 40 percent.

Luna Grill has 47 locations throughout the Southern California and the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
