Fast casual Mediterranean dining choice Luna Grill is showcasing its new interior design style and menu revamp with its new flagship location now open in Paseo Del Sur located at 16475 Paseo Del Sur, Suite 125, San Diego, CA 92127.

The 2,600-square-foot flagship Luna Grill Paseo Del Sur restaurant includes a patio and showcases the complete latest iteration of the company’s interior style, called “Luna Asteria”; a blend of light and airy elements with gold, silver and blue details, designed to create a transparent, interactive and positive environment for guests and team members. A cross between a fast casual and full-service sit-down restaurant, the new design also incorporates designated pick-up and to-go order areas to better facilitate online ordering and third-party delivery services.

The newest Luna Grill will also highlight exclusive menu options including several new salad choices:

  • The Baja – Med: Fire roasted squash, house pickled red onions, tomato, feta cheese, housemade pita chips, puffed quinoa, organic greens, cilantro pumpkin seed dressing.
  • The Modern Greek: Organic greens, feta cheese, Greek olives, sliced pepperoncini, tomato, cucumber, house pickled red onions, crunchy chickpeas, house vinaigrette.
  • The Powerhouse Lentil: Olive oil cured tomatoes, organic greens, halloumi bites, organic rainbow carrots, lentil medley, puffed red rice, pomegranate dressing.
