Maui Wowi Hawaiian is escaping the corporate ivory tower in Greenwood Village and relocating its global corporate headquarters to an office space in the heart of Denver, Colorado. The company’s central location provides closer proximity to its corporate-owned café that was recently announced will open spring 2015.
The new corporate office of the Hawaiian coffee and fruit smoothie franchise company will be located at 1509 York Street in Denver’s City Park West neighborhood, an eclectic urban area that is just minutes from bustling downtown Denver. Transitioning from its previous residence in the business district known as the Denver Technological Center, Maui Wowi sought to break away from the mold with a company headquarters that better reflects its brand identity.
“Our brand is anything but corporate, so why not work in an environment that exudes freedom from cookie cutter. Our new corporate headquarters offers a workplace where employees can thrive and truly immerse themselves into the Maui Wowi culture,” says Mike Weinberger, CEO of Maui Wowi Hawaiian.
Corporate employees, for lack of a better term, regularly wear flip-flops and Hawaiian shirts to work, evidence of their love for the casual concept. The new office space is being transformed into an island oasis, befitting of the Hawaiian-themed company. Its beach décor and laidback Hawaiian vibe will complete the look and make it an inviting space for both employees and franchisees.
