McAlister's Deli announced today it has expanded its "Big Bold" menu by adding the New Orleans Muffuletta and a new catering option, the Big Bold Catering Box. "Our 'Big Bold' sandwiches have been incredibly popular among guests,” says McAlister's Chief Marketing Officer Donna Josephson. “By adding the muffuletta to the lineup and offering a catering option, we are giving guests more of what they already love. We are confident these new menu items will satisfy guests' cravings for bold flavors and larger portions at any time of day, whether it's lunch, dinner, or as a convenient addition to fall gatherings."
The New Orleans Muffuletta features Gambino's muffuletta bread and is piled high with Black Forest ham, salami, olive salad, and Provolone. The Big Bold Collection Box features 24 sandwiches served on a variety of white and multigrain baguettes. This extension of the popular Big Bold Sandwich line-up is perfect for big appetites, tailgating, and holiday parties. Each Big Bold Collection Box serves 12-16 guests and comes with assorted chips. Sandwiches include The Italian, Memphian, Horseradish, Roast Beef, King Club, and Southwest Turkey.
