Mo’ Bettahs is dishing up a virtual win to Kansas City. The growing Hawaiian-style food brand opened its first digital kitchen, giving residents even more opportunities to taste its vibrant, authentic flavors.

Located at 1600 Campbell Street in Kansas City, MO, the new digital kitchen will be a convenient spot for takeout and delivery options, as well as serve as a companion store to Mo’ Bettahs’ five additional stores in the Kansas City area.

“This community has welcomed Mo’ Bettahs with open arms, and we’re thrilled to better serve our guests downtown,” says CEO Rob Ertmann. “Our unique flavors were born in ‘Oahu, and it’s been fun and rewarding to see them resonate so strongly with Kansas City residents. We couldn’t have picked a better spot for our first digital kitchen.”

Founded by Kimo and Kalani Mack in Bountiful, Utah, in 2008, Mo’ Bettahs menu features the iconic Hawaiian Plate Lunch, with items like freshly grilled teriyaki chicken and steak, kalua pig, deep-fried katsu chicken, homemade macaroni salad and steamed rice.

Systemwide, Mo’ Bettahs now has 51 locations across seven states.
