The Gem State can’t stifle its craving for Mo’ Bettahs Hawaiian Style Food’s authentic cuisine and fresh flavors, which is why the popular brand is unveiling its new Rexburg restaurant at 10:30 a.m. on April 12.

The new location will open at 461 N. 2nd E., Rexburg, ID 83440, near Fat Cats Bowling Alley and Cold Stone Creamery. Drive-through service is conveniently available. The store will operate Monday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and will close on Sundays.

Mo’ Bettahs will be hosting a Friends and ‘Ohana Event on April 11. It will include a complimentary meal for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., dinner from 6 to 8 p.m. and a 5:30 p.m. celebratory ribbon cutting. Fans can also stop by to try the popular Hawaiian snack, Spam Musubi, and the featured sauce lineup of its Signature Teri, Spicy Yeobo, Katsu & Spicy Mayo sauce.

“It’s an honor to feel so welcomed by the Idaho area and we’re so pleased to expand as a brand and family,” says Mo’ Bettahs CEO Rob Ertmann.“We put the aloha spirit into everything we do, and we’re thrilled to welcome Rexburg to the ‘ohana! We hope to create a new go-to spot that brings together the community to enjoy a one-of-a-kind, authentic Hawaiian experience.”

The Rexburg opening will mark the brand’s fifth location in the state of Idaho, and the 52nd systemwide. Mo’ Bettahs is rapidly expanding across Idaho with plans to expand even deeper within the region.
