The Modmarket at Denver International Airport is now open to travelers in the center of the B Concourse. The 900-square-foot restaurant is the first of two Modmarket locations at DIA, and the second is expected to open later this year on the C Concourse.

“We are very proud to offer airport travelers a healthy, fresh and fast meal option that will keep them fueled throughout their journey,” says Modmarket cofounder Anthony Pigliacampo. “Modmarket’s real food focus provides a simple, chef-driven menu that travelers will enjoy and seek out each time they fly through Denver International Airport.”

“Denver International Airport continues to cultivate an impressive selection of shopping and dining experiences as we reimagine our concessions program,” says airport CEO Kim Day. “Modmarket is a healthy local brand that will provide our travelers with another taste of the flourishing Denver food scene.”

The DIA restaurant is the company’s ninth Colorado location. It is operated by Tastes Denver LLC, a partnership between Tastes on the Fly and IRG, LLC.

"Tastes Denver is a well established and successful specialty restaurant operator that brings tastes of the community to airport travelers. Their passion is providing delicious, top notch food and beverage options to travelers, which makes us thrilled to partner with them and bring Modmarket to Denver International Airport,” Pigliacampo says.
