With the opening of Modmarket Preston Hollow Village, there are now three farm-fresh eateries in the Dallas area and 12 across Colorado and Texas. The newest location joins Modmarket Flower Mound (opened September 2014) and Modmarket Plano (opened October 2014) in Texas.

“Each new restaurant we open furthers our goal of feeding delicious, healthy food to as many people as possible,” explains Modmarket co-founder Anthony Pigliacampo. “It shouldn’t be hard to find great tasting, quality food made with honesty and care, and that is what we serve at Modmarket. We are pleased our food philosophy has been welcomed by so many in Dallas and plan continued expansion to keep up with the demand.”

The next Modmarket Texas opening is scheduled for spring 2015 in Southlake.

The restaurant’s seasonally changing menu includes farm-fresh salads, pizzas made with whole-grain dough topped with hand crushed, organic tomatoes, scratch-made soups, toasted sandwiches, classic home-style plates, and breakfast entrées made with cage-free eggs and all-natural nitrate-free breakfast meats. Modmarket provides many gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options, and even breaks down the nutritional content of meals on each receipt.
