Moe’s Southwest Grill has announced that Dominic Losacco has been named vice president of Global Marketing for the fast-casual restaurant chain best known for creating burritos-to-order with fresh, flavorful ingredients handcrafted for each guest’s unique tastes.

“Dominic is an accomplished and innovative marketer who has a keen understanding of the food and franchising industries,” says Focus Brands Restaurant Group SVP of Marketing, Paul Macaluso. “We will look to his vast experience to develop and execute marketing strategies and programs that will enable continued growth of the brand and profitability.”

Dominic joins Moe’s from Sonny’s BBQ in Orlando, Florida, where he most recently served as chief marketing officer and led the company’s re-branding efforts both internally and externally. Prior to that, he was the vice president and Group Account Lead at Barkley & Partners marketing agency, where he was responsible for nationally recognized restaurant and retail accounts like Krispy Kreme and On the Border Mexican Grill and Cantina. Dominic has been dedicated to the field of marketing for more than 20 years and spent 10 of those years in various marketing roles with Sonic Industries Inc., most recently as the vice president of Marketing.
