Nestlé Toll House Café by Chip has opened up the cookie jar for prospective franchise partners with two limited-time offers that just may be too tempting to resist.
First, budding cookie moguls interested in multi-unit opportunities in the United States can save substantially with a “Buy 3 Get 2 Free” franchisee fee offer. This limited-time offer—good through September 30, 2017—also includes an initial 90-day royalty-free period for each of the cafés opened through the program.
Along with new café openings, ownership transfers of existing cafés are qualified for the Buy 3 Get 2 Free offer. The 90-day royalty waiver even applies to purchases of existing stores and re-openings of closed stores.
In addition, Nestle Toll House Café by Chip is currently working with two national developers to open cafés in 30 regional malls across the country. These are unique opportunities that come with a variety of incentives to simplify the process for any new franchisee joining the system—most notably, a 50 percent reduction in the franchise fee from $30,000 to just $15,000. The company hopes to open cafés in all 30 malls by the end of 2017.
“Our brand is growing rapidly from coast to coast and we have been asked multiple times for special pricing consideration from multi-unit franchise candidates,” says Ziad S. Dalal, President of Crest Foods, Inc., the franchisor of Nestlé Toll House Café by Chip. “We decided to make this limited-time offer in response to those requests, and we’re looking forward to signing several new deals. We’re equally excited about our new alliances with the regional mall developers and we encourage interested candidates to contact us right away, while sites are still available.”
The premium dessert destination concept is built around the world’s most powerful food brand—Nestlé. Each café serves up freshly baked cookies, premium Nescafe® Milano coffee, ice cream and a wide array of delectable treats. Most cafés also offer breakfast muffins, cinnamon rolls and croissants; gourmet sandwiches, crepes and paninis as lunch and dinner options; and barista-quality espressos, cappuccinos and lattes.
