Newk’s Eatery announced a whole new lineup of dishes based on its popular Newk’s “Q” dishes, featuring house-made White BBQ Sauce, for a limited-time through September.
“Newk’s traditional dishes with White BBQ Sauce – the Newk’s “Q” Pizza and the Newk’s “Q” Sandwich – are guest favorites and have become signature to Newk’s brand,” says Stewart Slocum, CMO of Newk’s Eatery. “Our founder Chris Newcomb grew up on White BBQ Sauce and created the original beloved Newk’s “Q” with his own personal recipe. This summer, he crafted a whole new line up of White BBQ dishes – including an entrée salad and even a shrimp po’boy – by amping up the dishes with house-made Fire & Ice Pickles and White BBQ Sauce Cole Slaw. Newk’s makes the tangy White BBQ Sauce in-house by-hand to Chris Newcomb’s recipe every day.”

This summer for a limited time, Newk’s also introduces a Dill-Pickle Pasta Salad as a side and a Dozen-Layer Pralined Pecan Cake. Additionally, Newk’s is pickling seasonal watermelon rinds in-house, offering complimentary Pickled Watermelon Rinds at The Roundtable – which offers a generous selection of free premium garnishes, including house-roasted garlic cloves, imported pepperoncini, Torinesi-style breadsticks, cherry peppers, house-made croutons, bread & butter pickles and more.
