Award-winning restaurant PDQ will begin rolling out Ice Cream Floats as part of a partnership with Coca-Cola. Floating your way on July 10, guests will be able to pick from over 100 soda flavors to complement their creamy vanilla ice cream base.

Whether you prefer Coca-Cola Floats, the traditional Root Beer Float with Barq’s or even a mix of multiple soda flavors, PDQ’s Coca-Cola Freestyle machines are available in all restaurants. With endless combinations, guests can get creative with their floats, all of which are served up with whipped cream and a cherry on top for just $2.99.

“We are constantly evolving our menu and coming up with new options to satisfy cravings,” says Michael Brannock, Executive Chef of PDQ. “Everyone loves a delicious ice cream float, and these new creations are a fun way to kick off the summer.”

The perfect addition to any meal, PDQ’s regular menu includes premium sandwiches like the Pimento Crunch and Grilled Hawaiian, rice bowls such as the Thai Peanut and Queso Crunch, salads like the Yia Yia’s Greek Salad and a selection of sides like the chile-lime corn, broccoli and zucchini fries.

Founded in 2011, award-winning PDQ offers chef-driven recipes and mindful ingredients typically found in a fine casual restaurant with the value, speed and convenience of the fast food and fast casual segment. Outback Steakhouse co-founder Bob Basham and MVP Holdings CEO Nick Reader are the two principal owners of PDQ. The partners spent more than two years developing the concept behind the brand and quality of the food and establishments.

Beloved throughout the Southeast and now beyond for its hand-breaded chicken tenders, PDQ crafts delicious salads, sandwiches and hand-spun milkshakes fresh in store, every day. The restaurant prides itself on providing a fun and friendly atmosphere at each of its stores for guests to enjoy great food at an affordable price.
