Pei Wei, the leading Pan-Asian, fast-casual restaurant brand, is continuing its executive team expansion with the addition of Jim Lebs as chief financial officer.

Lebs has a 20-year track record of growing businesses and streamlining organizational structures, technology, and business processes to support and guide organizations. He most recently served as CFO for CiCi’s Pizza and held previous positions that included vice president of supply chain at Sonic Drive-in and division vice president of financial planning and analysis at Jack in the Box.

Lebs is a certified management accountant who earned his MBA from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and a B.S. degree from California State University-San Bernardino.
