Pieology announced the opening of its newest location in La Quinta, serving California’s Greater Coachella Valley.
“We’re here to serve individuality,” says owner Mike Sheehan. “With this opening, local diners can experience delicious handmade personal pizzas crafted with only the freshest ingredients and signature crusts.”
The latest Pieology opened its doors September 29 at 79024 CA-111 Suite 103 – The Pavilion center in La Quinta.
The flagship store offers not only Custom Pizzas, but Wings, Salads, Beers, and a Customizable Beverage Bar. The large patio provides beautiful views of the mountains with sectional seating to allow the whole family to enjoy.
“We are excited to bring Pieology Pizza to La Quinta and the Greater Coachella Valley,” says Sheehan. “There’s no question how fun it is to create your perfect pizza, but our fans say that it’s Pieology’s PieRise® Thick crust and sauce selections that keep them coming back for more.”
Sheehan is not new to the Pieology franchise family. He and his colleagues at Pizza Bros. own and operate 23 additional locations in California, Nevada, Colorado, and Oregon.

Pieology delivers limitless personalized menu combinations using only fresh ingredients. The sauce, crust, cheese, and toppings are all prepped in house daily and pizzas are fired to perfection in a stone oven.
