Pincho Factory, the family owned Latin American fast-casual concept known for pioneering the combination of premium hamburgers and grilled kebabs with a Latin-twist, announced the debut of the “Vaca Frita Grilled Cheese” as this month’s Chalkboard Menu special. Fans can enjoy this one-of-a-kind twist on the classic, beloved sandwich throughout the month of September, featuring Pincho Factory’s homemade Vaca Frita (braised beef) smothered in Gouda cheese, topped with red onion mojo, tomato and smashed avocado—all stuffed between slices of Challah bread.
