PINCHO, the Miami-based restaurant known for its Latin-inspired food, announced the opening of its newest location in Hard Rock Stadium.
PINCHO has earned a loyal following in Miami for elevating the fast-casual dining experience and redefining the standard for fresh, premium food. With an innovative menu that’s constantly evolving, fans of the brand have come to expect mouth-watering options that break the mold of the stereotypical burger joint. In addition to its famous burgers, PINCHO serves rice bowls, salads, wraps, skewers (pinchos) and sandwiches.
“As the home of the Miami Dolphins and a destination for world-class entertainment events, Hard Rock Stadium is an integral part of the culture here in Miami,” says Otto Othman, CEO and co-founder of PINCHO. “We’re honored and proud to offer our award-winning food options like the PINCHO burger and skewers at our new location in Hard Rock Stadium.”
Hard Rock Stadium is a global entertainment destination that serves as home to the Miami Dolphins, the Miami Open, University of Miami football, Orange Bowl, Super Bowl LIV and the 100th season of the NFL, 2021 College Football Playoff National Championship, major concerts, international soccer matches and a host of world-class events. The facility completed a $755 million, multi-year renovation to transform the iconic venue into the best Miami has to offer in world-class fare, art, culture and an elevated guest experience.
Bursting into Miami’s culinary scene nearly nine years ago, the idea for PINCHO was conceived at a Fourth of July barbecue by cousins Otto Othman, Nedal Ahmad and Nizar Ahmad. The opening in Hard Rock Stadium marks the 12th location for the brand as it continues to build on its loyal following in South Florida.
