Pizza Factory, a West Coast pizza icon that is growing its popular reach across Idaho, announces the opening of its newest restaurant in Jerome.

Conveniently situated at 3230 S Lincoln Ave, the new restaurant is owned and operated by Tracey and Julie Emery and will open on March 27. Julie brings 33 years of food and restaurant management experience to the table and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations at the new restaurant. Tracey and Julie met at Pizza Hut in 1992, where they worked closely together for 5 years before Tracey moved on to a 25-year career in IT. After learning more about the Pizza Factory brand, the duo fell in love with the concept and immediately knew that it was a perfect fit.

“We are thrilled to bring Pizza Factory to Jerome and have the opportunity to positively impact the community with delicious and fresh food,” says Julie. “Tracey and I are genuinely looking forward to providing a welcoming atmosphere where locals can gather, enjoy great pizza, and create lasting memories. Pizza Factory has been growing in popularity within Idaho and we’re excited to play a part in its continued success across the state.”

Pizza Factory stands out as a leader in the pizza segment, showcasing remarkable growth over the years. Its continued success is evident, as it secured a spot on the prestigious Entrepreneur Franchise 500 list at the start of 2024, surging 50 spots from the year prior to #373.

“With their dedication to excellence and deep-rooted understanding of our brand values, I’m certain that Tracey and Julie are the perfect individuals to introduce Pizza Factory to the Jerome community,” says MJ Riva, CEO of Pizza Factory. “Their commitment to upholding our standards and creating meaningful bonds within the community will undoubtedly make the restaurant a beloved destination for locals and visitors alike.”

Including multiple fast-casual prototypes, Pizza Factory maintains its reputation for family-friendly dining and high-quality products. The brand specializes in its vast menu offerings, serving fresh, never frozen hand-tossed pizza, pasta, wings, sandwiches, salads, beer, wine and more. As Pizza Factory continues to develop into new markets, the brand is providing multi-unit operators flexible new-build or conversion options with delivery / curbside and traditional dine-in prototypes ranging from 1,000 – 4,000 sq. ft. The largest option typically features multiple dining sections, an arcade area for the kids, banquet rooms for parties and social gatherings and big-screen TVs throughout the restaurant.

With aggressive development efforts underway, Pizza Factory is actively growing and seeking multi-unit operators to develop nationwide.
