PizzaRev announced three new hires as the company prepares for nationwide expansion of its fast-casual brand. “We have hired three seasoned professionals with a depth of experience such that they’ll each hit the ground running in their respective roles,” says Irv Zuckerman, co-CEO of PizzaRev.

Monica Rutkowski has eight years of experience in securing media coverage that drives franchise leads and store traffic. Prior to joining PizzaRev, she led a team of media relations professionals at a PR firm specializing in franchising and helped the agency launch its content marketing service offerings. Rutkowski has secured media coverage on behalf of many established and start-up companies in outlets such as Wall Street Journal, Time, Forbes, Entrepreneur, Inc., and more. Rutkowski holds of B.A. in communications from Bradley University.

Ema Ikeda was the franchise development sssociate for Menchie’s Global Headquarters in Encino, California, from August 2011 to December 2013.  Prior to that, she lived in Japan for 11 years, and her last job in Japan was working at Apple Headquarters in Tokyo as a regional assistant from 2009–2011.

Naz Moin’s recently served as the director of franchise development and logistics for Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt. Over the course of nearly four years, she pioneered operating procedures for the company headquarters, managed the outside sales team, and brokered franchise agreements as the chain expanded from 20 units to more than 350 locations around the world. In her current capacity as the director of human resources for PizzaRev, she will continue her work in franchising and contribute to the growth of the business, brand, and company culture.
