Salad lovers and sandwich lovers unite! Potbelly Sandwich Works now has hearty, crunchy, tasty salads. These salads, made fresh before customers eyes, are available at all Potbelly locations in and around Chicago.

Each salad starts with crisp romaine lettuce. Next come freshly sliced meats and cheeses topped with a variety of fixings such as marinated artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, blue cheese, and dried cranberries. And big ol’
Potbelly croutons top it all off.

The salads include: The Wreck Salad, The Chicken Salas Salad, The Italian Salad, and The Veggie Salad.

To finish off each, customers can choose from buttermilk ranch, Potbelly vinaigrette, non-fat vinaigrette, 1,000 Island, and Asian sesame
dressings. At $5.29, the salads offer the affordable price that Potbelly customers have come to expect from their favorite sandwich and now salad joint.

“Our goal was to make great tasting salads because good wasn’t good enough,” says Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Bryant Keil. “It’s taken us 30 years to come up with these salads so, trust us, they are good.”

Potbelly will also be donating $1 for every salad sold between February 26 and March 4 at any of their Chicagoland restaurants to Chicago Gateway Green, a nonprofit organization celebrating 20 years of beautifying Chicago.
Potbelly has joined the Expressway Partnership and will sponsor a site along the Edens expressway, northbound from Peterson to Devon.

The four new salads are now on Potbelly menus in all Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana stores. For a complete listing of locations, please visit the Web site at www.potbelly.com.
