Prince St. Pizza, the New York City-born pizzeria known for its Sicilian-style square pies and signature pepperoni-loaded slices, is shrinking its most recognizable menu item into a meal for one with the debut of the Personal Prince Pie across all locations beginning Sept. 18.
Guests can choose from nine versions priced between $12 and $14, including the pepperoni cup-loaded Spicy Spring and the Naughty Pie. Each one arrives with a dipping sauce on the house, a side that’s normally a $2 to $3 upcharge.
The Personal Prince Pie is sold exclusively through orderpsp.com and won’t show up on any other third-party app.
“Not every pizza night is a group project,” said Lawrence Longo, CEO of Prince St. Pizza. “Sometimes it’s one person, one couch and zero interest in splitting anything. We built this option specifically for that, and keeping it on our own ordering platform is how we hold the price where it is instead of giving a cut to somebody else.”
The Personal Prince Pie is a limited-time offering, giving guests a new way to experience the flavors that made Prince St. famous — from housemade sauces and premium ingredients to the signature New York water dough the brand has perfected since 2012. Available exclusively online, the new addition makes it possible to enjoy Prince St. favorites without the commitment of ordering a full pie.
Founded in Manhattan’s Nolita neighborhood over a decade ago, Prince St. Pizza has become a national destination for its crave-worthy square pies, now served at over 20 locations across the U.S. and Canada
