Q-BBQ, a fast-casual Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand-winning restaurant, brings its big bold barbecue to brunch starting this October every Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The awarding-winning Q-BBQ restaurant features their trademark smoky and spicy flavors in menu items like melt-in-your-mouth Burnt End Hash, hand-dipped Cornbread French Toast, authentic Chicken & Waffle, rich and creamy Biscuits and Gravy, and Alabama Benedict topped with tender hickory smoked pulled pork. The new brunch menu will debut on October 1 at the Naperville location and will roll out at all locations by the end of the month.
Michael LaPidus, owner of Q-BBQ, says "Bringing our big bold flavors to brunch was a no brainer because BBQ, just like brunch, is a communal meal that's meant to be shared with family, friends, and neighbors. We brought our signature smoky, spicy, and sweet flavors to brunch classics like French toast and created our very own Q-style version with hand-dipped buttery cakey cornbread. It's so much more than just eggs and toast."
