Quaker Steak & Lube will bring a new restaurant to York, Pennsylvania, set to open to the public Wednesday, May 14, at 3 p.m. The restaurant will create close to 150 jobs for the area and will be the 16th Quaker Steak & Lube location in Pennsylvania. The newly built York Lube will encompass a 7,800 square-foot design while accommodating seating for over 320 people. The location also has two enclosed patios and bar. More than 50 HD flat-screen televisions will show all the biggest sports events and games throughout the restaurant.

“We are excited to continue our expansion of The Lube with our new York location,” says Phil Sterling, general manager. “We look forward to offering the same award-winning food, real motorcycles, authentic cars, and family fun coupled with great service provided by an excellent team of committed individuals from the York area.”

Additionally, sports and automotive memorabilia highlights of the York Lube include a 1951 Harley Davidson 750 Flathead Racer from Laugermans Harley Davidson, a 2014 Chevy Camaro from Apple Chevrolet, local retired Sprint Car Wing No. 12 donated by Bob Stewart, the firemen’s wall donated from West Manchester Township Fire Department and Lincolnway Fire Department out of West York, and a 1977 White Corvette.

The York Lube will hold supercharged events all week including, All-U-Can-Eat-Wings on Tuesday, Breaded Boneless Wednesdays, Thursday Bike Nites, Happy Hour, and Sunday Car Cruise-ins.

For convenient to-go food, the York Lube will have a Pick-Up Wingo Window and the restaurant will be launching online ordering.
