Rational customers get more than technology‑they also get cooking support. The market leader helps its customers to continuously improve the quality and processes in the kitchen. Rational is a partner and adviser, around the clock and even years after making the purchase.

When Rational presented its latest innovation in May, it was the customers already using the manufacturer's previous model who were excited. They all received the new SelfCookingCenter 5 Senses without having to pay for it. This is made possible by a software update that customers can download in ClubRATIONAL.

"We above all want those who already work with us and trust us to benefit from the findings of our cooking research," says Fredrik Rasmusson, corporate chef at Rational USA. After all, we have to keep our promise to always give the customer the best cooking tool.

The launch of the SelfCookingCenter 5 Senses has made it very clear how seriously the company takes this promise. However, the fact that delighted customers are more important to Rational than sales or profits is not new. Working with Rational means being able to expect more service.

“ServicePlus” is what the company calls the services offered that go beyond the product. Every customer will receive these automatically when buying an appliance.

They include the training courses at the Academy RATIONAL and the ChefLine, which is always accessible for questions on recipes or applications. It also includes software updates, so that chefs can keep their units up-to-date with the latest technology.

With its 50,000 members, ClubRATIONAL is also a part of "ServicePlus". Here chefs exchange recipes or find information on using their units. Every week, Rational publishes expert tips from professional chefs and its own chefs.

Since January, ClubRATIONAL has been online with new functions and a layout that is very clear and easy to use. Now there is even the App for IOS and Android. Anyone wanting to explore ClubRATIONAL even faster with the smartphone can download the app for free from Google Play or in the App Store.
