R.J. Brunelli & Co to Rep BurgerFi, Corner Bakery in NJ

Retail leasing specialists R.J. Brunelli & Co. announced that it has been retained as exclusive real estate broker for various New Jersey counties for fast-casual chains BurgerFi, Corner Bakery Café, and Tommy’s Coal Fired Pizza.

All three restaurants are seeking end-cap or freestanding pad locations with outdoor seating in lifestyle centers, power centers, and other high-traffic locations in areas offering high daytime populations for lunch and a strong residential population for dinner and weekends.

BurgerFi, headquartered in North Palm Beach, Florida, developed a fast-casual concept that offers an upscale twist on the hamburger stands of the 1950s and ’60s. The chain serves all-natural Angus burgers with a wide array of toppings, hand-cut fries, craft beers, and wine in a modern urban setting.

Now in the process of opening its first New Jersey location in downtown New Brunswick, the company has 27 locations nationwide and expects to have 60 in operation by the end of the year. The chain requires spaces between 2,500 and 3,500 square feet, with a consumption liquor license.

R.J. Brunelli is serving as the exclusive broker for all of New Jersey for BurgerFi master franchisee Mack Amin of Old Bridge.

Dallas-based Corner BakeryCafé serves hot breakfast scramblers, signature paninis and sandwiches, homemade soups, hand-tossed salads, pastas, and indulgent sweets at more than 150 company-owned and franchised locations in 14 states and Washington, D.C.

Working on behalf of Warren, New Jersey–based master franchisee Yum & Chill Restaurant Group, R.J Brunelli & Company serves as exclusive broker for locations in Bergen, Hudson, Union, Somerset, Middlesex, Monmouth, and Ocean counties. It is seeking locations with 3,600 to 4,000 square feet of space.

New Jersey–based Tommy’s Coal Fired Pizza has three locations in Red Bank, Brick, and Paramus. Along with a variety of specialty brick-oven pizzas, the chain serves wings, calzones, salads, and classic Italian dishes in a relaxed environment incorporating a full-service bar.

In its role as exclusive broker, R.J. Brunelli and Co. is seeking locations between 3,000 and 3,500 square feet throughout New Jersey. Liquor licenses are required.

BurgerFi is amazing!

BurgerFi will takeover NJ with its All Natural Grass-Fed Beef with no hormones, antibiotics or additives, fresh cut fries, gourmet toppings, frozen custards, Kobe hot dogs, craft beer & wines, all in a restaurant that uses environmentally sustainable best practices. This is the place to go. Be on the look out. Coming to a New Jersey neighborhood near you.

I just ate for first time at burgerfi in key west Florida two weeks ago. The place was so good. And their frozen mocha coffee drink was honestly the best I have ever had I can't wait for new Brunswick to open.
