Robeks Fresh Juices and Smoothies Launches Online Ordering

    Last week, Robeks Fresh Juices and Smoothies announced the launch of their new Online Ordering program allowing customers to place orders from their desktop or mobile devices. The cornerstone of the program is a new mobile app that is now available to the public.

    After completing a smaller pilot program that was launched towards the end of 2017 at select locations, the restaurant chain, known for their made-to-order juices, smoothies, and bowls, was ready to launch their latest digital initiative nation-wide.

    “This is a big step for us and a great convenience for our customers,” says company president David Rawnsley. “Our mobile ordering initiative follows two other recent initiatives aimed at improving our customer experience.  We launched a new menu this past summer with the introduction of our Superfood smoothies and a completely revamped and expanded Acai Bowl offering.  In addition, our remodel program is gaining momentum and we expect roughly half our stores will operate in our latest generation design by the end of 2018.”

    “We saw a great response from our customers to the changes we introduced through our new menu, and that response is reflected in our same store sales which are up over 10 percent since June of last year,” Matt Furman, Robeks Vice President of Marketing shared in an interview. “We want to keep the momentum going in 2018 and give our customers the advantage of ordering their favorite products conveniently and from anywhere.”

    Robeks enjoys a loyalty customer base of over 150,000 users. Their loyalty program is point based with 12 points equaling one “rewards dollar” that can be put toward any in-store purchase and now online purchases as well. Loyalty members also receive a free small classic smoothie on their birthday. The Robeks Rewards loyalty program will be fully integrated into the new online ordering program upon its debut.

    “Beyond just making online ordering available, we wanted to ensure our current and new loyalty customers were still being rewarded for shopping with us,” says Director of Technology, John Schattinger. “We’re excited about all the new features we’re going to be bringing to them with our online ordering program.”

    The Robeks Online Ordering app is available on both the App Store and Google Play.
