Robeks has announced the appointment of Dawn Eriksen-Foy as the new Vice President of Franchise Sales. Eriksen-Foy’s appointment marks a new chapter of commitment to growth for Robeks, as she brings a wealth of development experience and a passion for nurturing expansion to her role.

Eriksen-Foy’s professional background includes pivotal leadership positions, notably as the Director of Franchise Sales at Bonchon, where she significantly contributed to expanding the brand’s presence nationwide. Prior to her tenure at Bonchon, Eriksen-Foy distinguished herself as the Regional Manager of Franchise Sales at Wingstop, spearheading successful franchise development initiatives across diverse markets. Drawing from her extensive sales background as a Sales Manager at Sprint, Eriksen-Foy has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and fostering lasting client connections.

In her new role at Robeks, Eriksen-Foy will leverage her expertise in sales leadership and franchise development to propel the company’s expansion initiatives forward. With a focus on cultivating strategic partnerships and fostering a culture of success, Eriksen-Foy will play a crucial role in shaping the future growth trajectory of the Robeks brand.

“I am honored to join the Robeks team and lead our franchise sales efforts during this dynamic phase of growth”, said Eriksen-Foy. “Robeks has built an outstanding reputation for dedication to quality, and I can’t wait to work hand-in-hand with our franchise partners to bring nutritious and delicious options to even more communities across the nation.”

In the past year, Robeks has surged forward with remarkable growth, reaching its 100th opening and unveiling 15 new locations in 2023 alone. This expansion, driven by the dedication of both new and existing franchisees, underscores the brand’s momentum. Robeks drove franchise development specifically in its home state of California and outward into Arizona, Ohio, Florida, Kansas, Illinois, Virginia and Connecticut. With Eriksen-Foy’s expertise guiding the way, Robeks is poised to amplify this growth, projecting the opening of 15 to 20 new units in 2024, signaling an exciting phase of expansion and innovation for the brand.

A Cum Laude graduate of Hofstra University, Eriksen-Foy’s commitment to excellence extends beyond her professional endeavors. Her history of supporting philanthropy reflects Robeks’ core values of community involvement and giving back. Eriksen-Foy’s volunteer work with City Harvest and fundraising efforts for St. Jude Children’s Hospital and the Tomorrow Children’s Fund demonstrates deep-seated compassion and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives—values that lie at the heart of Robeks’ mission to promote health and well-being within communities.

“We are delighted to have Dawn onboard as Vice President of Franchise Sales,” said David Rawnsley, President of Robeks. “Her remarkable track record and unwavering dedication to driving growth make her the ideal leader to spearhead our franchise development efforts. We are confident that Eriksen-Foy’s strategic vision and leadership will accelerate our expansion and position Robeks for continued success.”
