Kaupind Shah, Sheilesh Gandhi, and Satyan Jadia signed a contract with Sandella’s Flatbread Café to bring two units to Cary and Durham, North Carolina.

Sandella’s Flatbread Café is the largest flatbread concept in the world with more than 130 locations and more than 400 restaurants in development across the U.S. and the United Arab Emirates.

Shah, Gandhi, and Satyan are researching the Triangle Park area of Cary for their first location which they hope to open before June of 2009. For their second location they will shift their focus to areas in Durham.

Restaurants average 1,000-1,500 square feet and seat 30 to 40 guests.
