Scooter’s Coffee, LLC, a Midwest-based drive-thru coffee franchise that is on track for another record-breaking year of growth, is increasing its presence in Oklahoma to bring its world-class drive-thru coffee locations to Ardmore.
Scooter’s Coffee, based in Omaha, Nebraska, specializes in hand-tamped espresso drinks, fruit smoothies, baked-from-scratch pastries and features its signature drink, the Caramelicious. The company added depth to its profile last year with a new line of organic hot and iced teas, single-origin coffee and Cold Brew & Cream.
Americans love their coffee. The percentage of people in the U.S. who drink coffee daily is up to 64 percent in 2018, the highest since 2012. The use of drive-thru’s for coffee has slightly increased over the past five years. In 2019, 46 percent of people said they had purchased coffee using a drive-thru the day before. Scooter’s Coffee, with the Brand Promise of “Amazing People, Amazing Drinks … Amazingly Fast!” is helping Americans meet that demand.
“My wife and I grew up here, and that makes us very excited to bring such a quality product to the Ardmore area,” says Phillip Blue. “After going to multiple locations and receiving the same treatment, I realized this is something our community needs. There will be real people behind this store and that means so much to so many people.”
Scooter’s Coffee is extremely excited about this expansion into a bustling community. Scooter’s Coffee signed a one-unit agreement to establish a presence in Ardmore, Oklahoma. Ardmore is a fast-growing city in Oklahoma that currently doesn’t have many options for coffee, but with this expansion, that need will be filled soon.

In line with its successful and robust grand opening strategy, Scooter’s Coffee recently opened five locations throughout Kansas and Missouri, opened the second location in the state of Arkansas, and is opening additional locations in markets such as Dallas, Texas, and Denver, Colorado. The company is quickly surpassing 250 locations in 14 states and has over 200 franchise commitments to build new stores.
