The self-serve frozen yogurt trend is making its way to Northeast Ohio. Owners John and Joy Bechke announced the arrival of Lemonberry Frozen Yogurt in Strongsville, Ohio. Opening in August, Lemonberry will be the first self-serve yogurt shop in the Cleveland area.

The shop layout is designed so customers can completely customize their own creation, from pulling their yogurt to selecting a variety of toppings. Lemonberry will feature several flavors of frozen yogurt and sorbets with weekly rotating flavors, including: New York Cheesecake, Red Velvet, Tart, Cookies n’ Cream, Mango Tango, Pomegranate Raspberry, and more than 20 others. Customers can choose from more than 40 different toppings to complete the combination, whether they choose to keep it light or indulge. A variety of fresh fruit, cereals, nuts, and chocolates will be sure to accommodate everyone’s preferences. The creation will be weighed and charged by the ounce.
