Shake Shack is partnering with New York City pizzeria Mama’s TOO! for a second collaboration, introducing a limited-time Sunday Sauce Menu at select locations across New York City and Long Island.
The menu debuted November 5 at Shake Shack’s West Village location in Manhattan and will expand to Williamsburg, Forest Hills, and New Hyde Park on November 12. The collaboration marks the first time Shake Shack has brought Mama’s TOO! beyond Manhattan.
The menu features two Italian-American-inspired items developed in partnership with Mama’s TOO!:
- Sunday Sauce Meatball Parm Hero: Shake Shack meatballs topped with Mama’s TOO! Sunday Sauce, stracciatella cheese, grated Parmigiano Reggiano, and fresh basil, served on a fresh-baked semolina hero.
- Tiramisu Sundae: Vanilla frozen custard layered with house-made tiramisu and espresso fudge sauce, topped with whipped cream, a maraschino cherry, and a mini ice cream cone.
The collaboration continues Shake Shack’s tradition of partnering with New York City restaurants. Mama’s TOO!, founded by Queens native Frank Tuttolomondo, is known for its pizza and Italian-American offerings.
The Sunday Sauce Menu will be available exclusively for in-restaurant purchases at the following Shake Shack locations:
- November 5–8: West Village Shack, 225 Varick Street, Manhattan.
- November 12–15: Williamsburg Shack, 160 Berry Street, Brooklyn.
- November 12–15: Forest Hills Shack, 71-24 Austin Street, Forest Hills.
- November 12–15: New Hyde Park Shack, 1570 Union Turnpike, New Hyde Park.
The limited-time collaboration follows an earlier partnership between the two New York-based restaurant brands.
