Starbucks greets the new year with the launch of its winter menu and a new way to use reusable cups, beginning Wednesday, January 3.
Here’s everything you need to know:
- Snow Many Sips & Bites:
- The new Iced Shaken Hazelnut Oatmilk Espresso joins the permanent menu. This beverage features Starbucks Blonde Espresso and hazelnut syrup shaken to perfection and topped with creamy plant-based oatmilk.
- Fan-favorite pistachio beverages are back for a limited time, with the Pistachio Latte and the Pistachio Cream Cold Brew returning to the winter lineup.
- Also available on Starbucks winter menu is the new Potato, Cheddar & Chive Bakes, which combine cage-free eggs, diced potatoes, cheddar cheese, spinach and a touch of chives for a comforting, high-protein breakfast on-the-go, and the new Vanilla Bean Custard Danish, filled with rich and velvety vanilla bean custard.
- BYOC! (Bring your own cup):
- Starbucks makes it even easier for customers to use their clean, personal cup for every visit! Since the 1980s, customers have been able to bring in their personal cup when ordering in the store. Now, customers can use their personal cup when ordering in the drive-thru and when ordering ahead on the Starbucks app.
- Not only does this mean more opportunities to receive the $0.10 personal cup discount and earn 25 Stars as a Starbucks Rewards member, but this is an opportunity for customers to choose reusables and support Starbucks commitment to reduce waste.
- Customers can sip in style in 2024 with new drinkware in rich metallic colors showcasing floating snowdrops and drifting magnolias.

- Seasonal Whole Bean Coffees: The popular Starbucks Tribute Blend, is returning to all Starbucks stores, and two Starbucks Reserve coffees – Starbucks Reserve Ethiopia Kayon Mountain Farm and Starbucks Reserve Guatemala Huehueteneango – can be found at select Starbucks stores and Starbucks Reserve locations.
- Starbucks Rewards Members “Your Starbucks Blend” has arrived: Starting January 2, Starbucks Rewards members can discover their coffee persona with a personalized celebration of their year as Starbucks Rewards members with Your Starbucks Blend, a recap of what they loved and where they’ve been in 2023. Starbucks Rewards members can visit yourblend.starbucks.com, and log in using their Starbucks Rewards account to view their coffee card. Customers who aren’t yet Starbucks Rewards members can visit Your Starbucks Blend and take a quiz to learn about their coffee persona at Starbucks.
