SteakenBurger, a family-owned restaurant located at 1961 West Dunlap Avenue in Phoenix, recently launched its first concept store. Offering a mix of “Local, Fresh, Authentic” foods, SteakenBurger is a fast-casual restaurant, offering fresh burgers and Philly cheese steaks.

A Steaken is an authentic Philly cheese steak sandwich with 8 ounces of thinly-sliced Rib Eye, fresh grilled onions, and choice of cheese, including the traditional Cheez Whiz. The Original 2&2 Burgers are made with fresh ground chuck, choice of four cheeses, and a choice of over 20 premium add-ons from grilled onion to bacon to habanero sauce. Finally, a SteakenBurger is the Original 2&2 Burger with a hefty topping of grilled Rib Eye, onions, and Provolone cheese.

“The consumer response to our launch has been incredible. It just goes to show that even in these tough times, consumers seek and desire quality and value,” says Judie Philp, President and sole member of Briskit’s BBQ LLC, parent company of SteakenBurger.

SteakenBurger also offers Specialty Burgers like the HellzaPoppin’ Burger, the El Guaco, and the Spicy Hawaiian. Also available are fresh-cut, skin-on fries seasoned with sea salt, and other premium sides such as fried mushrooms, onion rings, and zucchini.

In keeping with our goal of “Local, Fresh, Authentic,” SteakenBurger No. 1 is co-branded with Long Wong’s Wings, which was the first restaurant in the Valley to offer authentic Buffalo wings.
