SUPER CHIX announced the signing of a new franchise partner group to develop at least 13 restaurants in the State of Mississippi and the Florida Panhandle from Pensacola to Panama City (the Counties of: Escambia; Santa Rosa; Okaloosa; Walton; Washington; Holmes; and, Bay). “We are very excited for the growing interest in the SUPER CHIX Brand and the solid franchise partners we are attracting to SUPER CHIX—all strong, seasoned and experienced restaurant groups.

The MS and FL Panhandle group reflects this profile and is led by Bill Latham (former President of the MS Restaurant Association and Board Member of the National Restaurant Association) who has more than 40 years of experience in restaurant development from fine dining (Table 100, Amerigo, Char and Babalu) to fast casual (Five Guys, etc.) throughout the Southeastern US, and John and Bernard Bean and their group who have nearly 40 years of restaurant development experience with their MS-based “Eat With Us” brand ( with its 16 restaurant locations (Harveys, Grill, Bulldog Burger Company and Sweet Peppers Deli) throughout MS and AL. These are incredibly strong franchise partners who will bring a lot of value to the SUPER CHIX Brand and our development,” says CEO Darryl Neider.

“We are pleased with the performance of our restaurants in our existing markets during this challenging period, especially our franchise restaurants in Alabama and our Utah location which is the first SUPER CHIX restaurant located outside of the Southeastern US,” says Neider. “Additionally, we are especially happy to get our recent franchise partner deals done notwithstanding current market anxieties and we expect to announce several additional market deals in the next several weeks; we consider these new deals to be a reflection of the strength of the SUPER CHIX Brand and our hard work in preparing the Company to roll out our Brand with great partners. We expect to see several new restaurants opened in our market territories in the next several months, including: Bozeman, MT in December; St. George and Spanish Fork in Utah; Idaho Falls, ID; Fort Collins, CO; and San Jose, CA,” he says.
