Thomas Wilder, formerly a partner and Creative Director of COLLINS, has joined sweetgreen as the brand’s first-ever Executive Creative Director.

The addition allows sweetgreen to expand its internal creative capabilities and grow the team into a fully operational in-house agency. Wilder will be responsible for helping to guide and shape the fast casual’s brand, advertising, brand strategy, packaging, online channels, store experiences, as well as social media to elevate the brand experience for new and existing customers. 

With more than 10 years of experience under his belt, Wilder brings vast knowledge in building a brand’s experiences, behaviors and communications. During his time at COLLINS, his work earned recognition around the world, including The One Show, Graphis, The Art Directors Club, Fast Company, AdAge, Forbes, and AICP Next, among others.

Since arriving at sweetgreen, Wilder has kicked off a number of different initiatives like the brand’s season one campaign, new product drops, and the brand’s first exploration into gaming and streaming partnerships with top streamer and Youtuber, Valkyrae.
