Taco Del Mar is bringing all the best flavors of the sea to consumers this summer with new shrimp ceviche dishes, the perfect chilled option to cool guests down during the hot days of the season.

Taco Del Mar guests can treat themselves to the new Citrus Shrimp Ceviche Taco Salad, served in a crispy-baked taco salad shell with creamy guacamole and house-made Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette dressing – or a more traditional Shrimp Ceviche side with chips to enjoy on the side with their favorite entree. The zesty dishes are made with cooked shrimp that has been chilled, marinated in lime juice, and tossed with fresh pico de gallo and cabbage. Guests can also order Shrimp Ceviche Tacos, which can be customized with topppings like serrano peppers, fresh lime, and cilantro.

“Shrimp ceviche is a delicious way to embrace our seafood roots and integrate an even wider variety of fresh, quality ingredients into our stellar menu,” says Chef Mike Gieseman, Director of Culinary and Innovation for REGO Restaurant Group, which owns Taco Del Mar. “We are excited to offer these innovative shrimp ceviche dishes to bring the Baja spirit to all of our guests especially in times like now.”

The Shrimp Ceviche Taco Salad, Side and Tacos are available at participating restaurants beginning June 2, 2020.

Taco Del Mar restaurants are currently open for takeout and delivery service through their website or via delivery services. In addition, participating Taco Del Mar locations are providing online specials and daily deals in the restaurant.
