Taco John’s is celebrating summer with a special, high-quality menu feature.
Beginning Wednesday, Mexican food fans can sink their teeth into the all-new street-style Sirloin Steak Taco, a Taco John’s original featuring a corn flour tortilla, guacamole, sirloin steak, chile de arbol, queso fresco and pico de gallo, garnished with a lime wedge.
Guests can also upgrade any of their favorite menu items—from burritos to Super Nachos—with a portion of hand-carved, juicy sirloin steak.
“We are always striving to create new dishes using quality ingredients to make sure we are serving our guests the best flavors possible,” says Jim Creel, president and CEO of Taco John’s International, Inc. “Our steak is carved by hand in every restaurant so the quality and flavor are extremely high. I have a feeling they’re going to be a very popular addition to our menu this summer.”
This specialty taco will only be available through August 13, so be sure to visit your favorite Taco John’s to get your sirloin steak fix before it’s too late.
Also rolling out today is Taco John’s new Fiesta Hour featuring three new premium beverages—Prickly Pear Sparkling Lemonade, Watermelon Sparkling Lemonade and Strawberry Sparkling Lemonade. From 2—4 p.m., guests can enjoy any 20-oz. beverage for just $1. And, text the code found on the cup to the number provided for the chance to win a trip to Las Vegas and other cool prizes! Fiesta Hour will end on Labor Day, Sept. 4.
With its fusion of distinctive flavors and south-of-the-border spices, the Taco John’s menu offers several signature items, including Meat and Potato Burritos, original Street Tacos and yes, those craveable Potato Olés.
