Taziki’s Mediterranean Café, known for its made-to-order Mediterranean cuisine full of fresh flavors, is hosting a ribbon-cutting at 10 a.m. on Monday, April 1, to commemorate its fourth location in the Chattanooga-Cleveland area.

Located at 5215 Highway 153 and across from Northgate Mall, this restaurant opening marks the cafe’s 23rd storefront in Tennessee. The new location will operate daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Taziki’s held a private friends and family event to raise funds for local nonprofit Homes and Havens. The Mediterranean café matched up to $5,000 in donations received and will present a check to the organization at the grand opening ceremony. Representatives from the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce, Homes and Havens and Taziki’s Corporate Headquarters will be in attendance.

“Serving the Chattanooga community over the past 13 years has been a truly rewarding experience because of the many relationships we’ve formed with our wonderful guests and team alike,” says Taziki’s Hixson owner Brad Emendorfer. “Opening Hixson is a blessing that is only possible because of the wonderful support of our guests and the incredible commitment of our staff. We are forever grateful for this opportunity to serve a fresh, healthy alternative to fast casual dining and to finally be a part of the Hixson community.”
