Tijuana Flats is inviting teachers in each of its markets to enjoy a free entree with a valid ID on December 27.

Teacher Appreciation Day is an initiative founded by Tijuana Flats in 2012 following the tragic Sandy Hook shooting to show teachers how much the organization cares about and supports them. Year after year, Tijuana Flats continues to remember those we lost and show gratitude to all teachers with the annual Tijuana Flats Teachers Eat Free Day.

Tijuana Flats opened a new restaurant in Mandarin, Florida, the southernmost portion of Jacksonville, on October 16. The new location was the second store that Tijuana Flats has opened this month, and the eighth store to open this year.

Tijuana Flats plans to open an additional three restaurants across the Southeast before the end of the year.
