New York Burger Co. leased its third storefront at 470 West 23rd Street in New York in a deal brokered by Winick Realty Group managing director Joseph Isa. The 1,777-square-foot location, on the corner of 10th Avenue, puts the burger chain in great proximity to the new Highline Park entrance set to open in the second half of 2010.

“That whole area is changing and this store will be a great amenity to the neighborhood,” says Isa, who represented both the tenant and the landlord in the 15-year deal.

This is the chain’s first franchise location and ownership is working with Isa to actively seek additional sites around Manhattan.
