Tin Drum Asian Kitchen, a fast-casual concept focused on fresh, bold, Asian inspired flavors, unveiled its newest menu offerings available just in time for summer. Now through July 31, guests can feast on a variety of light and refreshing items including the restaurant’s latest innovative dish, Bangkok Fried Rice. The mouthwatering entrée embodies Tin Drum’s signature fusion of Asian flavors, made with egg fried rice and lemongrass chicken, fresh green beans, hand-cut carrots, red onion, jalapeño, and Thai basil, garnished with sweet and sour cucumbers and tomato, and crowned with a fresh egg served over easy.

“With flavors that pack a punch with the freshest ingredients, we know that the new Bangkok Fried Rice is one of our most delicious menu items yet, and have no doubt it will excite all of our guests who have come to expect truly unique dishes and a top-notch dining experience from Tin Drum,” says Kirk Biondi, Tin Drum corporate chef.

To complement its wealth of flavors, the Bangkok Fried Rice can be paired with Tin Drum’s popular Thai Tea, a sweet blend of black tea served over ice with a healthy drizzle of cream characterized by a refreshing taste, the perfect cool down on a hot summer day. While Tin Drum is known for adding its own unique twist to its Asian fusion style dishes, the restaurant has never strayed from its commitment to embracing the various cultures that inspire its ongoing menu innovation. As a traditional staple in Southeast Asia, Tin Drum’s Thai Tea reflects the restaurant’s belief in the importance of providing guests with as authentic of an experience as possible.

As Tin Drum’s loyal following grows, and with the momentum the brand is experiencing this year, the company is preparing to introduce its new app. Launching this summer, the app will feature several platforms designed to help rewards program members save big and make the dining experience more convenient for guests on the go, including exclusive specials and a new online ordering platform.
