Tropical Smoothie Café is wrapping up the year with new menu items for the holiday season. Starting on October 27, 2014, consumers can experience a new take on the turkey club with the introduction of the Savory Island Club sandwiches. The restaurant brand is also bringing new flavor news to its Naughty or Nice Smoothie line-up.

The new Savory Island Clubs allow guests to savor ingredients like hand-made kale, apple slaw, and sauces like the chipotle cranberry. These sandwiches are served on thinly sliced whole-grain bread.

The Chipotle Cranberry Turkey Club is sweet and spicy, prepared with oven-roasted turkey, bacon, baby spinach, and shredded Cheddar cheese, topped with a chipotle cranberry sauce.

Rustic Turkey & Apple Club is made with oven-roasted turkey and topped with bacon, Gorgonzola, and a hand-made kale and apple slaw with chopped kale, julienned apples and shredded carrots tossed in a Dijon honey mustard sauce.

Complementary to the new line of Savory Island Club sandwiches, the Naughty or Nice Smoothies offer Tropical Smoothie Café customers a variety of options. With both light and indulgent options featuring fall and winter flavors—cranberry and pumpkin—the new smoothies bring a unique twist to these traditional flavors.

Consumers who are feeling “nice” this holiday season can enjoy either the Very Berry Cranberry Smoothie, made with strawberries and cranberries, or the Peaches ‘N Pumpkin Spice Smoothie, made with pumpkin puree, peaches, goji berries, cinnamon, and non-fat yogurt. For those looking to indulge a little, or be “naughty” around the holidays, Tropical Smoothie Café offers a Cranberry Truffle Smoothie, made with strawberries and cranberries, as well as a Pumpkin Pie Smoothie, made with pumpkin puree and cinnamon, both of which are made with non-fat yogurt and blended with Ghirardelli White Frappe.
