Café Yumm! has partnered with Uwajimaya, Inc. to sell Yumm! Sauce at all four Uwajimaya stores in Oregon and Washington.
With one Oregon location in Beaverton and three Washington locations in Seattle, Bellevue, and Renton, Uwajimaya, Inc. is the premier provider of Asian groceries in the Pacific Northwest. Uwajimmaya has operated in the Wahington since 1928. The company employs more than 400 people in food retail and manufacturing.
“Uwajimaya’s confidence in the appeal of Yumm! Sauce across different cultures will continue to help our manufacturing base in Oregon grow beyond our borders,” explains president and co-founder, Mark Beauchamp. “I am especially pleased that for the first time, our customers are able to get their favorite flavor of Yumm! Sauce in a grocery store in Bellevue and Renton.”
The number of grocery stores that now carry Yumm! Sauce has grown more than 10 percent so far this year to more than 80 stores throughout Oregon, Western Washington, and Northern California.
Yumm! Sauce is also available at all 11 Café Yumm! restaurants located in Beaverton, Portland, Bend, Corvallis, Eugene, and Springfield.
Yumm! Sauce is available in three flavors: Original, Roasted Garlic, and Chipotle. The sauce is used as a salad dressing, a sandwich spread, a dipping sauce, a basting sauce for grilled or baked items, a topping for baked potatoes, or as an alternative to butter, ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, or sour cream.
Yumm! Sauce is GMO-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, and is low in sodium.
